Services rendered by the CONSULTANT shall consist of a total of four (4) contact hours (via email, phone call, etc.). This Agreement may be canceled by either party five (5) days after purchase of services by written notice to the other via email to dvmenterprises08@gmail.com. If the CLIENT fails to provide CONSULTANT such notice, CLIENT shall be liable for a cancellation penalty equal to Twenty-Five percent (25%) of the Fee, as well as court costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs. In that event, the CONSULTANT may retain part or all of any payment held by the CONSULTANT as a credit against the cancellation penalty.
